Small Businesses Deserve Better

A decade ago I was writing code for big companies and watching small businesses get stuck with the worst of both worlds: agency websites priced like luxury cars or DIY templates that hurt their business more than helped it.

Red Rock Web Design started in St. George, Utah to do it differently. Custom code instead of templates. Transparent pricing instead of hidden fees. One developer who actually knows your site instead of an account manager relaying messages to an offshore team.

Every site I have built since then has been hand-coded for a small business across 11 different industries. Every one managed every month, every client texts the developer who built their site. That's how I think it should work.

    You text the developer who built your site. Same-day responses from a real person. The relay-message-through-an-account-manager model is broken for small businesses.
