• Why is there a 12-month minimum?

  I invest significant time upfront building your custom website: design, development, optimization, testing. The 12-month minimum at $0 down ensures I recoup that investment. It's also why I can offer such aggressive pricing compared to agencies that charge $10,000+ upfront.

• Can I switch from one-time to subscription later?

  Yes. I offer an Unlimited Edits package for $50/month for clients who paid the one-time fee. You get content changes, text updates, image swaps, and minor adjustments handled for you. It's the easiest way to keep your site fresh without the full subscription.

• What's NOT included in unlimited updates?

  Content changes, text updates, image swaps, and minor adjustments are all included. What's not included: adding entirely new pages (those are $100 each), major redesigns, or building new functionality. If you're changing what already exists, it's free. If you're adding something new, I'll quote it.

• I already have a website. Can you maintain it?

  Depends on what you have. If it's a modern, well-built site, I can bring it into the maintenance program. Most WordPress sites with dozens of plugins are a nightmare to maintain and I'd spend more time fighting fires than improving your business. In those cases, it's usually cheaper to start fresh with a custom-coded site built for performance from day one. I'll give you an honest assessment.

• How long does it take to launch?

  Most sites launch within 2 to 4 weeks from the kickoff call. Discovery and prep takes 2 to 3 days, design draft about 5 days, build phase 2 weeks, then a few days of staging review and launch. Faster turnaround is possible if you have your content ready.
